Flow Process Explanation

SecureKi APPM Engine

- Responsible to export and saved password into Encrypted Database (DB) file

- Create monthly backup file, and auto copy password from previous month new file

- Whenever there is password changed executed either Schedule or Manual trigger, the engine will automatically saved the password to latest DB file

Local USB Mount

- It is a folder, mounted as USB  (Technology comes from physical applicance where physical USB plug-in into hardware appliance)

- Store DB file

Backup Script

- Contain customer SFTP destination information like destination IP address, and the credentials

- and, command to send the DB file to customer SFTP destination

Cronjob

- Automate the 'Backup Script' execution

- Up to customer preference the interval, normally 1 hour.
