If Z-App still shows Driver Error after clicking Repair, user may need to uninstall and re-install the Z-App.

When user uninstall the Z-App, please make sure that the following folders are deleted

Please delete the following folders and its content:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Zscaler\ZSAFilterDriver
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\zapprd.inf_amd64_

In the event that the user cannot delete the folders and it shows the "Folder Access Denied",

User have to "Take Ownership" by following this guide:

Once the two folders and its contents are deleted, the user can reinstall and the Driver Error should disappear
